18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
This statement is published in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, to the extent they apply.
Platform role
manyzip is a hosting platform for user-uploaded images, videos, and other media. manyzip is not the producer — primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) — of any content uploaded by its users. All content is created and uploaded by third-party users.
Responsibility for records
With respect to any content that may depict actual sexually explicit conduct, the original producer of that content — that is, the user who created and uploaded it — is the party responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including records establishing that every performer was at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Those records are kept by the respective producers and are not maintained by manyzip.
Age requirement
As a condition of using the Service, every user agrees that they will not upload content depicting any person under 18 years of age, and that they hold the documentation required to verify the age of any individual appearing in their content. Content that violates this requirement is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
Zero-tolerance for illegal content
manyzip has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any depiction of minors. We act on reports promptly, remove violating content, terminate offending accounts, and report to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
