These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of manyzip (the “Service”), operated by [OPERATOR] (“manyzip”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, upload content, or make purchases. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@manyzip.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User content & license
You retain ownership of the images, videos, and other material you upload (“User
Content”). By uploading, you grant manyzip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to store, host, archive into .zip files, generate thumbnails for, reproduce, and
display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload, share, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right;
- depicts or involves minors in any sexual or exploitative manner;
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or was obtained without consent;
- contains malware, or is intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules, at our discretion.
5. Wallet, zcoins & purchases
The Service may let you buy, earn, and spend zcoins and purchase zips. zcoins and balances have no cash value, are not redeemable for currency except where we expressly state, and are non-transferable outside the Service. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by law. We may adjust pricing, rewards, and referral terms at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The Service itself — its software, design, and branding — is owned by manyzip and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our marks or software beyond using the Service as intended.
7. Copyright & takedowns
We respond to valid copyright complaints under our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, manyzip and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless manyzip and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your User Content or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
